I am building a large plywood tank i dont even know how many gallons over 1000.I am using epoxy to water proof.Do i need to tape corners or fiber glass corners so they do not split open.I have seen many methods of sealing the inside corners whats the very best way.

From what I've seen, most people use either the fibreglass mat or weave to reinforce the corners, usually a few layers is used.

BTW, I just finished watching the Flames/Canucks game. It makes me so angry they can't they play as a team for a full 60 mins.

It really depends on what thickness of plywood you are using. I typically recommend reinforcing the outside or inside with additional bracing and bypassing the fiberglass.

A lot of it depends on the depth of the tank. A 5'x5'x5' tank will hold just over 900 gallons and would need more reinforcement than a 96" x 96" x 24" tank that holds around the same amount.

In my opinion either size or anything inbetween could have external dimensional lumber framing and it would not detract from the look, sense of scale, etc. So I would plan to frame the tank. Read AnythingFish's threads for some ideas.

If it were me I'd still use fiberglass cloth or roving on the interior seams and corners.
