:help2: I want to build a 66Lx30Hx22W. I got told on here before that 3/8" glass wouldn't work. Would it work if I put a brace in the middle of the glass? I want to use 3/8" b/c I already have a sheet of it... thanks.

Would you be willing to make two windows instead of one? Then brace the center of the tank, bracing the glass isn't that good.

So, what, I would have two separate pieces of glass in it? Have the front of the front piece of playwood one solid piece like this...

The 2 pieces of glass won't have the flexure of the one large piece so yes.

Make sure the center brace is very strong too.

Give yourself a 1" border around the glass to seal / support it.

Well actually 2" is recommended. But 1.5" should be plenty. I recon a 2x4 will give you the kind of support you'll need for the center brace.
