I've been doing a little bit of research and try to see a downside to creating a corner plywood tank. The dimensions I thinking are 36" X 36" X 42" tall the Glass or acrylic will be only 30" tall. Keeping in mind this will be a triangular tank. I believe if my math works http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif
:confused:close to 105 gallons. Using the same dimensions I could build a base that would house the filters pumps and materials. My questions are:
1. Would the circulation of the tank using a triangular design cause problems?
2. Spreading the weight of this tank over an identical base would a main floor support the tank without any additional supports?
I currently have a 29 gallon housing a 1XMarbled Bichir, 1X Rope Fish, 1Xmarbled Angel several neon tetras. I would like to move my bicher to a larger tank along with my rope fish. Possible add some CK's and Arowana.
