hey guys i am building a 120 gallon plywood tank 46X24X24 (inside dimensions) using 1/2 inch acrylic for the three windows. i have two side windows. i have a build thread on it here http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=337105. my questions are: A> can i install my center brace 6 inches off center and have it still be effective ( i want to use it to support my basking area). B> will a 3/4 inch by 2 inch piece of oak be sufficient for my center brace? also how long should i let the tank sit before i fill it up with water i am not worried about fish right now because the tank will be running in the garage for at least a week before it goes into the house to make sure it does not leak
