I'm looking at options future tank options for a 10x4x30(H) tank. I'm trying to decide between acrylic, fancy FRP, or plywood. Are plywood tanks heavier than acrylic? Would it be moveable. My concern is that it won't be easily moved due to potential cracks in pond armor.

If you plan to move it around just fiberglass the entire inside to make it ridiculously stiff and way less likely to Crack the epoxy. As for weight there's to many variables in how you build the plywood tank.

A plywood tank is going to be much lighter, the thickness of material you would need in glass or acrylic would be very heavy. My 600 gallon plywood tank can be moved by 2 people, a short distance. As long as your bracing is good I would not worry about cracking the pond shield. I used pond shield on mine with fiberglass joints. I would not be worried at all if I had to move it
