GARF says you can just screw and glue the 3/4" plywood together every 3"? Hoxever I see a lot of peolple using bracing on the exterior as well?? Is this nescessary??

It might not be necessary, but it's better safe than sorry. A lot of people build bigger ones than GARF says you should too...
