hey guys i should prob be on the dyi form but i know you guys have or reserched doing plywood. my question is i know most use a glass front well i have a sheet of acrylic that i can use and if this is possible than i might go this route so i can go bigger than another 480. my only concerns is acylic front pepole say it does not seal well .also sealing plywood in a basment full of rays. i can seal tanks full of rays with plastic and make it almost air tight and exhust but the exhust is only out of little basment windows so this is a concern. penny for your thoughts
thx
john

Box fans in windows.. tbh this is one of the reasons I settled for a intex pool for now... we did all the plumbing ect in the garage and then brought it in once it was dry ect.. otherwise I know there are low VOC options but they are more expensive... may be worth it. sure one of these guys will know.

JohnC look up JohnG's thread on building his 1400 gallon pond. 3 acrylic viewing windows on it an it is a sealed plywood inside.
