I'm not personally a diy person but I believe you can build a 3/4" plywood tank that you seal and line with pondliner then add an acrylic or glass viewing panel.
Glass or acrylic depending on preference and price or how you decide to seal the wood.
The size depends on the tank dimensions and height.
