get a 75 for $80, then order the AC110 for $33.99.. And be patient. Do water changes until your new filter comes.

i'd get the 75gal tank. filters are easy to make.

Get the 75 and buy a AC 110 for 33.99 like already said. I think you'll have it in a week so just do water changes every two days and you'll be fine.
