can some one tell me why my fish tank is clowdy i only have 1 bluegill and a spong filter

What are the water parameters of your tank? Tank size? Feeding schedule? How often do you perform water changes? Any changes you did in your tank?

i just put him in 2 days ago and did water change befor i put him in there it is a 10 gal tanki feed him once so fare

Are you using test kits? If not, invest in API liquid test kit. Avoid test strips as these are grossly inaccurate. You will need to determine your ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. Did you cycle the tank?

i dont know how or how long to the last time i keep fish was when i was 15 and my mom did everything just loved haveing thing i am 20 now so need to learn

Try reading this thread for more information about nitrogen cycle. Invest in liquid test kit by API.

also is that drift wood in your tank if it is and you havent soaked it in boiling water before you put in it will leak tanins (sp) into your tank it wont hurt your fish i dont think.

Tannins will not hurt the fish.
