Just got 8 new fhs in the mail. I drip acclimated as usual, water parameters are on point, about 15-20 minutes after the fish hit the water they went to the bottom of the tank and seem to not be able to hold theirselves upright....what can I do, plz help fast, its not looking good.

sometimes this happens after shipping keep close watch for 24 hrs and they should recover sometimes the shipper over does it with the sedative and they get sick and weak also they are usually afraid for a few days

They are breathing normally and all, but it just seems weird with them laying on their side on the bottom of the tank. Every once in a while, they will swim around for just a second, but for the most part, they are just sitting on the bottom. Thanks alot vince for the reply, makes me feel a little at ease. I've put alot of money into fish the past couple of weeks and Ive already lost one really nice one due to a heater, I cant afford to lose any more.

Do what Chris suggested or add some more powerheads/bubblers to increase the oxygen levels in the water.

I already had 2 air stones and a 24" bubble wand going full blast, I added 2 more stones and took away some of the water so there would some splashing from the hob filters, seems that would put more oxygen in the water. After about 30-45 minutes, they are sitting upright and appear to be cool, a little scared still but thats to be expected. Thanks so much for the replies guys, you rock! I had a little freak out there for a bit.

No problem. Post some pics of your new fish will ya?:)

Once they get straightened out I sure will, I hate to bother them too much right now.

good to hear they are doing better, sometimes especially with young small fish they just dont take the trip as well and scare easily, you should expect them to get more active in a day or two and once they know you are the one feeding them, they may not eat much the first couple days..
