So I have been raising these 2 flowerhorns from the same batch. I bought them from a fish shop so all it said was FLOWERHORN. I could only say he is a red dragon? Otherwise I was thinking maybe a redsnake/snakeskin? If thats even a real type. Not sure but please comment. Either way here are some pics of Ichigo and Achilles....

oh ok. I figured it was just a zz, but is it a red dragon? red dragons are zz right? And is there a strain called redsnake? or snakeskin? I thought a guy had a thread on here with some.

Yep, RD is a ZZ. redsnake, snakeskin, redpearl, tigerdragon, bearfoot, sexsnake, frog herpies, and etc..... they are all just the "fancy non official" names that the sellers call their FH as a marketing purpose. Or......they have NO IDEA on what they have and they just name and call it whatever they named.

Hell yeah frog herpies for sure. Thanks for the info jp it helps a lot. I will post some more recent pics. The smaller one is super red now. Oh and if I were to successfully cross either of these with a bp or synspillum and it grew a head would it be considered a king kamfa because of the solid double row? Eitherway thanks again.
