probably a line bred peacocks of some sort.

they seem to have a lot of color considering how small they are. how large are they? almost seems like they have been given hormones.

possibly "ruby red" peacocks from petsmart with hormones...

don't be surprised if in 3 months from now they lose all color and go back to gray. very unnatural for peacocks that small to have that much color.

True That. My ruby reds are about 2.5" and are not showing color yet.

Yup, they do look too small to be coloring up.
