Some sort of Calico Mbuna african cichlid..
It prefers hard water, be careful that the driftwood in the tank dosn't lower the pH.. African Cichlids can die from it, I've noticed.

Most likely Metraclima estherae o.b on the top picture but the two in front on the second picture look like Labeotropheus fuelleborni o.b., but it could just be the photo. Labeotropheus can be recognized immediately in person or on a good picture by the overhanging snout.
