Plz identify this Lungfish

Hey MFK, I'd like to know which lungfish this is. Any clarifications?

Also, assuming a 3' or less species, can I keep a lungfish in a 48x18" or a 48x22" tank for a significant amount of time? IE, growth rates, if the guy in the photo is 17", how long can I have him in one of those tanks?

Looks like a WAL to me.

It should take a while for it to outgrow the aquariums that you mentioned.
