plz suggest me good food for my cichlids...

which foods would you guys say is the best for my CA/SA cichlids and arrowana and bichirs........
i m currently giving them :
tetra bits
tetra cichlid..
freeze dried tubifex worms.
and chopped fish....

i was thinking of getting:
Dainichi Color FX
Hikari Bio-Pure Mysis Shrimp
Omega Sea Omega One Cichlid Pellets

I'm a fan of Hikari and New Life Spectrum pellets for general feeding. Supplement shrimp, squid, and misc frozen and you'll be golden (bloodworms, blackworms, mysis, etc).

i like aquarian cichlid and bottom feeder pellets. earl may is the closest place to here and they carry aquarian and in-house fish food. I tried the in house stuff, and it is pretty good, but looking into it i found aquarian to be packed with more nutrients and i think my fish actually like it a little better.

i've also tried hikari and i think my fish actually prefure the aquarian over that. but i haven't tried omega.

i feed mine hikari gold (they love it), omega one flakes, freeze dried krill, freeze dried shrimp, sinking wafers, assorted vegetables, and frozen bloodworms depending on my mood of the day i believe variety is key

they love the hikari pellets and i think that it's a great food
