I received this polypterus about 2 years ago and i think its a senegalus but one of my friends thinks its a palmus. so tell me what you think.

I also have two endli's that are about 3'' or so how big do they have to be to put them him this guy?
Depends how big the Senegal is, hard to tell with the pictures. But endlis grow super fast. Sens are usually really slow compared to endlis. My endli is less than a year old and about 7"

my sen is about 11-12'' and girth is about an 1.5''. he eats gold fish twice the size of his head and nothing else in the tank will mess with him
That's a good size Sen! In my opinion, just mine, not trying to convince anybody, if you ever hope to add smaller fish to a tank, don't ever feed the would-be tankmates live food. It gets them in the habit of eating fish and then you can't add any that aren't equal size.
If the Sen is 11-12", I would wait till your endli is 7-8"

I know that feeding fish wouldn't help my chances of introducing small fish but there is already 2 full grown oscars and a full grown jack in the tank. but thank you for your advise
