Looks close but a lap is a lower jaw bichir no? This one is definitely upper jaw.

FWIW, it was labeled as retropinnis

Yeah, it's hard to tell from the angle of that pic whether it's a lower jaw or an upper jaw, so I just went by the patterning. Can you get a pic showing it from the side?

I'm glad it was marked right, if it was Lapradei I'd have had to take it back.

I'm the proud owner of a retropinnis! Haha. Anyone else got one on here they'd like to share with me? I haven't seen many retro's on here.
