Poly Question - New Bichir Owner

I originally posted this in the Poly forum but did not get a defnite answer. maybe you guys can help.

i just picked up a senegal. i fed it for the first time (Shrimp Pellets) and noticed that the fish chomps down in a chewing manner, lmost like a mammal. Do they have small teeth? Just curious . . .

Most species of fish have teeth, including Poly's.
