Um Abraço e bem vindo antes de mais nada!

It does look like it is impacted.

Has it pooed? Fez coco?

2 months like this??

I have never seen such a thing.

A tumour? Impaction for 2 months I find hard to believe.

I am not sure about salt with Bichirs....

ekk.. doesnt look good. look like a tumor

salt is ok with bichirs, I always add them every water chance, I think there are topics about salt n bichirs in the forum, as for the sen, did you bought it like that? it could be a sen with a deform body just like what happen with most albinos sen, because the scales are not align. Just do regular feeding and water chances as usual, try silver sides or molly just to get him moving around. Sen normally eats everything.

I agree, salt is fine with bichirs, I don't use it constantly though, no need.

This looks like an internal bacterial infection. I'm not sure what types of anti-bacterial meds are available in Brazil, but try looking for tetracycline, or any commercial anti-bacterial med intended for use with ornamental fish.

Good luck Rodrigo.
