Everyone didn't come out to play, but the new congicus can be seen patrolling around. He's still really pale, but his pattern looks great. If you look closely, my Faranah lap takes a quick shot at the black volta endli in the first few seconds. I believe she was about to move on the congicus, but I scared her off when I approached to film it.

Nice tank. That Congi looks great. Surprised still some aggression with so much decor/plants. Didn't think they would find each other much in there. That one gar swims pretty low huh?

Thanks guys! I find that the aquascape actually stimulates them. They are all very active after lights out, or any time they think I am not present, so they are constantly interacting and well aware of the pecking order at all times.

Both of the gar swim at all levels of the tank. The smaller gar has been acting strangely lately. He is finicky about food, and refuses all but ghost shrimp. I tricked him into eating a frozen shrimp with garlic and vita chem once, but he spit it out after chewing. I can't seem to trick him by dropping food on his head any more. Starvation isn't working either :/

Gotta keep trying. Im going to take a look at a 300g 72 x 36 x 25.5 tomorrow. I'm going to buy it if he will fill it for me and it doesn't leak. That should be really fun to aquascape!
