Just been reading up all about it and ordered 2 breeder packs, thing is cant find anywhere how much to use and how long it lasts? Tank is only a 6x2x2 (650litres) but in heavily stocked but has a 2260 on it. Anyone once it alot? Cheers

T1 uses it all the time - he will probably give you a good idea how long it's going to last. Otherwise use it and cut it in 2 and see how far through the filth goes. that will show you how long it takes to become saturated. I''d just put one sheet cut to the size of your filter to begin with. It's good stuff 
i have been using polyfilter 24/7 for 1yr now its great
it removes all the heavy organics from the water just like a protein skimmer
if you add anything to your tank water for the plants or black water stop putting it in the polyfilter will take it out in a few hours
the polyfilter changes color to show what its taking out of the water brown yellow green blue
the great thing about it is if you sweeze normal filter wool out in water the water gets dirty everything polyfilter removes it doesnt let back out when its dead
the breeder size is bigger and ment to be stronger but buy the time i have cut it to size to fit in my inturnal filters i have some left over and the standard size fits perfect
its expencive but if you shop around you can get it half the price that its for sale in LFS
i 50 sheets of standard size polyfilter for £300/$600 the shop price would be £650/$1300
i use 4x sheets of standard polyfilt at one go and change it monthly
you can tell when you need to change it as its real dark and the water wont look as sharp just because its dark on the out side doent means its finished you need to cut it to see if its dark all the way throw
its great stuff but not cheap it all depends how much stock you have in your tank
i wouldnt run my tank without it again you will see big improvemants in your tank within 48hrs
if people think their water is clean try this then you will know what clean realy is
