Hey guys.
I was just looking for some info on ansorgii.
First, what's the maximum size?
How long could one be in a 120g, 4x2x2?
I imagine all the other care is like other polys, correct?

The polypterid primer stick says Ansorgii get to 28-30+''. As for growth rate, it depends on the feeding, water cleanliness, temperature, and the individual fish. I can't imagine Ansorgii would differ any in that regard from other bichir.

And yes bichir care is the same for any species.

they can get HUGE, i saw a japanese imported ansorgii which is 82cm/32'', a real beast...
