Looking for Polypterus Retropinnis "Zaire Green", Polypterus Mokelembembe, Polypterus Teugelsi, Polypterus Palmas Buettikoferi "Gold Dust Bichir". Located in Marion, Ohio 45 mins North of Columbus, 2-3hrs from Cleveland, Toledo and Dayton. I'm will to drive up to 2-3 hrs. Thanks
 
I have all the species you listed. I am in PA up by erie, but am a bichir collector. You'd have to give me a nice offer to pry them from my greedy fingers. lol Retropinnis 8'' and Pamlas b 10'', I would be more likely for me to sell. They are pretty big now, and I had to pay shipping. $80 each is what I am looking at for those, like I said I too like them. Teugulsi is 20'' and moke 8'' I would need a heck of an offer to let them go.
I am not selling, it is a sharing fee. Polypterus is one of my favorite genera, as you can see by my avatar. They are so fun to keep!
 
Hey thanks for the offer. If you were closer I would take them for $80. Rehoboth with have a Teugelsi and Moke instock, so I think i'm going to give them a call. But I agree keeping Polypterus is like a drug very addicting.
 
Figured I'd at least chime in, I don't want to sell mine really.. Be careful that you order early in the week. That way if they don't come in on time, they won't sit at the post office over the weekend. Recently fish from farther away have not been coming over night like they should, be careful. They should make it in 2 days, but if you let them sit over the weekend, they will have an icey tomb.
 
Thanks again. But I think I will pass on it. Gas being so expensive it won't save me any money drive roundtrip to Ada. I already have 4 Polys right now but thanks anyway.
