Tank : customize 45 gal 36 x 18 x 18 ( planning to upgrade to a bigger tank )

I am considering a 6" Delhezi with great colors. I really like the appearance. The problem I have is that as a bottom dweller, it may have trouble finding food with the various growing monsters that inhabit the tank that it would go in.
