Polypterus Delhezi & Bolivian Rams?

The polly's are admittedly getting to a size where I am thinking of moving the tetras, but the Gourami are that much larger then the senegal that I do not worry about them.
Oh awesome, I'd love to have some cichlids. But I've never owned them before. Are there any that could be good for a beginner in terms of water parameters (I know they require particular hardness/kH)

Most of the American Cichlid that you get in NZ are hardy, just as long as you keep the nitrates low you can keep them fine.
So in my opinion what you should do is look at the cichlids you can get ordered for you, do a bit of research on size, and get one you like the look of. (I personaly think GT's are the best)
If you are looking for cheap fish try fnzas as good deals are can be found for nz there.
