Would it be ok to keep 1x ornate bichir and 1x endli in a 150?? Or should I buy 2 endlis?

Initially, fine. When adult sizes are approached, you could have problems, there is some definite disparity. I would keep them in different tanks from the start. But that's me.
I have that combo right now. No problems at all... maybe because they are in a 300gl tho.
Endli is about 10"+
Ornate is about 9"
Congi is about 11.5"
They chill around the same area in the tank and no aggression. Feed every other day and they are fine.
Every fish is diff tho but I dont think you should have a prob with them.
The only prob I see with your list is the Flagtails. I think you need a large group to keep them alive together, but thats just my opinion based on what I have read about them
