Looks nothing like a Congicus.
So far I have 3 CB Endli vs. 2 Congi.....need more opinion or confirmation please.

The other Endli I have that I know for sure it's CB has black spots all over its head, and this one doesn't. So I was wondering if this one is wild caught and if so, which variant.
