so my polypterus senesgalus' eye looks grey, it almost looks like as if he caught some kind of cataracts. One eye is more grey than the other, the fish is about 4" long and eats massivore pellets with the occasional minnow. Anybody know what it might be and what i could do :(? Also i tried to take a picture but there isnt enough light and with the flash on I get red eye..

^^^ Agree. Salt cures almost everything so why not give it a shot for now.

this is the best i could do with my cell phone guys, I truly apologize for the lack of true clarityIMG_20130428_225219.jpgIMG_20130428_225227.jpg

I put some salt and did a water change, no improvement so far. Any ideas what it is? I also recently read that apparently polypterus eyes going cloudy is common?
