Polypterus ID: Is he a lapradei or a palmas?

This is a 100% stupid question guys, but please forgive me for my ignorance. The guy sold me this buddy here for $29 about 8-9 inches, labelled as a Palmas. I'm 99.9% sure this is not a palmas. I'm thinking he is a lapradei, but professional help is always a good thing. THANKS (Sorry again for no pictures, but videos, phone is terrible)

Lapradei, he's got the lower jaw. good pick up though

Looks like a Lap...Palmas are upper jaw species while Laps are lower jaw.
