Hi, It's a newly imported Polypterus from Nigeria.

He got a Lip injured (in Red Circle).

Will he be able to recover perfectly?

Please Tell me if you have the same experience.

Looks like it could recover.

I had bichirs before that lost almost their entire bottom lip, and it grew back. I won't worry about it too much.
