I thought it was a platinum when it's smaller but now, i have no idea what mutation is this.
Most possibley transparent-scale mutation or also called "Skeleton" mutation but he must grow up bigger to id his mutation clearly.
If it's Skeleton mutant, it will be much rarer than platinum.
Normal PPP in that size, they almost same with adults like last photo.
