Polypterus palmas?

do u think a Polypterus palmas would be ok in a 55 gallon with 3 fire eels, chocolate cichlid and 2 geos?

I think the palmas is OK, but not the fire eels...

Fire Eels will reach up to around 3 feet.... I hope you are planning a huge tank for them soon.

Fire eels can grow over 3 ft! They can reach 1m + This is rare in the hobby..But it could happen!

I know that the eels get big but my Q was would a Polypterus palmas be ok in a 55 gallon with those fish? And What size do they get to?

The palmas wouldn't be ok in there..The tank is overstocked as it is with the eels and they get to 30cm (12'')

get rid of everything and stock more bichirs.

nah jk remove the cichlids and fire eels(when they get more than 18") and yo'll be fine.

Id say..DItch ALL the eels and the chocolate cichlid and do a geo/bichir tank
