He might check him out and look like he is about to eat him a few times but after a day or 2 they will be swimming side by side as if they were the same size.
 
You mean regular as senegal?
In my experience it will take a few monthe for the size difference to show and then you may be lucky and have one thats not trying to eat the sen all the time ,but i doubt it.

my newest ornate was way bigger than my sen when i first bought him, and my sen use to push the ornate around the tank... but now they are cool
