is there such this as polypterus sp. liberia?

i heard its another one of the palmas sub species and it resembles a palmas polli but with teugelsi markings.

is it true? and is there pictures of this specimen?

Idk where did you here it from if so this is interesting?

Maybe TGM can answer ur question. Never heard of it.

i've been searching the web and found nothing yet it's either really rare or (most likely) a fake. don't get me wrong i would love to know there is another poly but i think there would be a bit more spark. if there is another rare poly just watch toyin's stock list he going to be one of the first lol.

According to Dr. snooks of the museum of central Africa (in Belgium) the "sp. Liberia" is not a valid fish, not even a known "sp" in the scientific world.
More than likely a made up Sp from an enthusiast, or a confusion over Palmas palmas and palmas buetikoferri.

There's a Polypterus palmas p. lowei from Liberia that matches that description.

yeah thats what i read about online but wish there was more information haha
