The one with the stripes is a delhezi.... the other one has a lot of characteristics that make it hard to figure out at a quick glance.

The eyes are a bit large and a little froggy so leaning toward something captive born. But the pattern on the body look like a couple different polys....

Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 , your pretty good at the upper jaws, any clue?
 
When I bought the little one was in a deplorable condition, his eyes were covered with a white matter or something, ragged fins... now he’s a bit better,you can actually see the eyes.
Hence the question, it was advertised just as Polypterus, nothing more..
 
Maybe a butt? Poorly marked del? Dont think its a polli or a Palmas. Well maybe Palmas......i know lots of help. Lol.
lol, that is exactly the things I was thinking as I looked at it. First impulse was a del with poor markings but then other things about it looked like a polli....

Might just let it settle in a little and see what it does and then get some new pics. That really is a tough one.
