Very nice. How big are they? Mine is 15 inches or so in my 300 but is always hiding. No aggressive tankmates or anything maybe i just have too much rock work. Eats everything. Maybe I need more eels to bring him out

Do u have Rays with him??

Smaller 10", larger maybe 11" but thicker. Mine have been active since a few days after arrival. I started by feeding with a long home made skewer. Dont have them on pellets yet but eat anything frozen.

No rays in this setup anymore, just 11 Scats for now. Trying to decide what else to add.

Gymnothorax Polyurandon is a freshwater moray eel. Got these from Wes of Rare Fish. He was selling some 36"+! I have 4, 10"-14". Wes told me to feed Krill to brighten up the colors, and it seems to work! Mine eat primarily krill, floating sticks, hikari gold+. I feed sinking food to my group of loaches, and these eels go straight to eat floating food.

Has anybody had success having G.Polyuranadon in a full marine environment?
I have a G.Tile in my full marine tank for 3 months and its thriving - but it was brackish to begin with.
