So it's been about a month and some parts of my tank that I used pond armor on are still tacky. The majority is bone dry. I was thinking about having a fan blow over it to see if that drys it up.

no clue - but isent that stuff suppose to dry in like 24 Hrs!

I had some pond armor that stayed tacky for 2 weeks, figured I just had a couple spots where it wasn't mixed properly. I would try a fan or hair dryer, and if that doesn't work either put on another layer or give it more time.

Yes the first coat didn't have this issue only the second
I just used Pond Armor and had somewhat the same issue with one coat and only part of it. I don't think I mixed it thoroughly enough in that spot. The black part stays sticky forever, its the clear that makes it harden. Make sure your ratios are right and stir it well. I just put another coat over the sticky part and it worked fine.

yeah something is not right if its been a month, I had water in mine 3 days after the last coat, id say you either didn't have enough hardener or you didn't mix it well enought, did you delute the hardener? Did you mix the hardener with the alcohol first before you added the pond shield?
