There's already another thread comparing liquid rubber and epoxy: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=318718 It's clear that those are very different products, each with pros and cons.

So as not to clutter that thread up, I thought I'd start another thread to compare two other commonly used coatings - pond armor (pond shield) vs traditional west systems epoxy. These are both epoxy products and seem more similar to each other than liquid rubber.

For those of you familiar with the products, what are the major differences between the two, respective pros and cons, and which do you prefer for plywood tanks?

However you should make it a three way comparison with Sweetwater Epoxy Also.

As far as sealing went I seem to remember that all were fairly close to the same. I chose Sweetwater simply for cost, coverage, and colors.
