Pond big enough for peacock bass?

Hey guys... needed to ask sonething on behalf of a friend. He has a pond that is 3.3 metres long, 2.2 metres wide and 70 cm deep. Is this pond big enough tokeep some peacock bass in it?

Is this pond outside? If so, then my concerns would be too much heat and predators since its only 70cm.
