Im looking into the Danner CPF-2000, Pressurized Bio Pon Filter 3,000 or the Fish Mate Presssurized UV Bio Pond Filter. Does anyone think that they will be enough for a 1,500-2,000 gallon pond? Any suggestions would be apperciated.

I would say no they will not be enough, most people shoot for a one hour turn over. From what I have seen these types of filters usually overstate their filtering capacity. But alot will depend on what you plan for the pond. You would probably be better off building your own filters.
Do you have any suggestions on what filter to make?

What do you plan to stock in this pond, will you use a bottom drain? If a koi pond this is a good place to start.
