Hello everyone I was wondering how large an outdoor pond would need to be to house an arapaima. I know it would need to be fairly large. In the future I plan on buying one and raising it until I can build a pond for it but how big would it need to be and how much would a pond that size roughly cost? Thank you

well around 14ft to 14 ft to 5 ft would be fine since some people say thes guys get to 13 ft but in aquariums i would think less around 6 - 8 feet since there is less space. but even that footprint will not be sufficient. get a red tail catfish and tiger shovelnose catfish they will only need about 10ft 10 ft 4ft and will grow 3 ft ar more and way better than aroapaima
