pond in the bathroom

As I was looking at the awesome outdoor pond with the turtle and koi, my wife came in and said, "Why dont you turn the big tub we dont use into a pond? I was thinking about that while I was at work."

I love her. That was so awesome.

Does anyone have any pictures of this? I want to see a finished product before I proceed. Heck, I will probably do it anyway.

people have done it, also have used old refrigerators. if you can get it to hold water, you can make it a pond

whoa-have fun man-i know they've found on numerous occasions in n.y.c. where people have had alligators in thier bathtubs so why not fish?not to mention-tigers,monkeys,snakes etc that people just use a spare room for in thier house or apartment.sounds kindabut why not?go for it and get the pictures for us.hell,I am way overboard with the amount of fish tanks I have so I can only laugh at myself as well since I've thought of this b4 myself also.

who hasn't. i think it would take a little more than just filling it up with water, though for people to not think youre crazy. I would probably put a pond liner in it and try to conceal the tub with rocks, plants, etc. That way, the liner keeps the tub in good condition so if you ever decide to sell your house, it will be in perfect shape still.
