Pond liner and acrylic viewing window

Anyone have any experience or can point me in the right direction for installing acrylic viewing windows against rubber pond liner? Want to create a viewing area for a mid level pond.

eeeehhhh that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Thought about it with my pond, but I didn't want to risk it living in my parents house and all.

The wife has gave me the go ahead for a 8-12k gallon pond next to our back porch for big fish. Not starting immediately but still planning, I have a friend who is a concrete contractor coming over this week so will get his take on my ideas too. Just weighing out all the options.

I have seen above ground ponds with viewing windows done very successfully.

Do a google search for koi forums especially british forums that has been done over there with good success.
