Hi I guess no one wants to tell you but there is no way a pond liner would work in a plywood tank with a hole on the side. I am new to the plywood tanks too I think its a liquid pond liner. Not sure but I see it in posts in DIY tanks. Do some research before you try the pond liner and start cutting holes in it. I wondered how they did that too. Promise.

I've seen it posted here before. Utilize the search function. From what i recall there were folds in the corners and the glass had 2 be braced while tank was filled w water
it has been done.. its just alot harder option to get a water tights seal. most ppl choose liquid rubber or epoxy to seal the tanks and there seems to be more success with these options. spend time lurking the builds then decide
Use PL poly roof and flashing sealant. 100% safe when cured and smells like chocolate. My next big build I am going to use it to seal the glass to the pond liner. Right now I just use it to seal the bulk heads.
