Pond of stuff

Ok i have access to this pond that has firemouth cichlids, alot of texas cichlids, tilapia, bowfin, and gar. What would you guys do with this? i mean is there any way i could make money off of it? I know pet stores dont give you hardley anything for fish you bring in. Anyone?

people will pay for a fish to be shipped.... depends on what the cichlid looks like...
