Has anyone had any experience with submersible pond filter kits with pumps? Does anyone know what is a good turnover rate for a tank that uses them i.e. 55, 75, 100,....300 etc?

nutcase uses a bioforce canister which he likes ive used tetra gravity flow which work as a above tank sump n also tetra pressure canister i hated never a in pond filter sound messy n their built up so not effective to clean the floor
