Does anyone on the site know a good way to find out the regulations for installing a preformed pond on my property? I’m curious whether I need fencing around it etc... and I’m having a hell of a time finding information. I’ve called the township but they keep hanging up on me, which is pretty funny, but not helpful. I live in Downingtown, Chester County, in Caln Township Pa. if that helps, or if anyone is local and already knows. This site is full of genius researchers, maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
