Pond Smell Help

I have an indoor pond i like having the lid off any ideas on keep smell down?

Would a Dehumidifier work?

Dehumidifier would be a very good idea, activated carbon would help the smell but you'd need a LOT to effect the smell. Try a dehumidifier for sure, just don't use that water to fill your tank/pond because the condenser coils can leach chemicals into the water.

Could you provide more information on the "Smell"? are we talking about the pleasant smell of aquarium plants or a healthy biological filter, the smell of decaying food or fish wate or the rotten egg smell of hydrogen sulfide?

good oxygenation will keep down some smells relating to decay or septic conditions (the hydrogen sulfide)

good ventalation of the room might help too to make sure you dont grow mold on the walls.

Its not a to bad smell but smell i does i do open windows a lot but gets very cold here at the mo
