Ever since i removed the over growing hyacinth plants the pond clouded up with algae ...the fish are doing fine and breeding...but the water isnt so clear and the filter seems to clog up due to the build up...any idea what i can do to get it clear again??any help is appreciated..thanks

Better to actually use a uv sterilizer for this as well as change some water. The plants were sucking up nutrients and providing sun light cover. The combination of nutrients and more light is the cause. Personally I'm not a fan of the chemical treatments. The pond may need some shading as well.
